An aspiring starlet is convinced that the Flash is the man of her dreams, and goes to any means necessary to make sure those dreams come true.In this chapter of the "Pulp Heroes" Annuals we have a two part story. The first part deals with the Flash trying to make a movie so he can bring some income and give the profits to a small town. Unfortunately the rainbow Raider and a Femme Fatale bent on marrying the Flash put a damper on things. The second story has the Pied Piper dealing with an old crime buddy who does not like that the Pied Piper gave up his life of crime. This issue was part of the 1997 Pulp Heroes Annuals crossover event.
